Additional fees may apply if you reserve a court more than one hour in advance.
Short-term membership
One-month and three-month memberships are available with no initiation fees. (Short-term membership does not include enrollment in Fitness University or a fitness assessment.) Convert a three-month membership to month-to-month and receive first month’s dues free.
Guest Policies
Members are welcome to bring guests for a nominal fee. Each guest, a local resident of the greater Indianapolis area, is welcome to come three times to enjoy the facilities. After the third visit, we invite the guest to become a member of the club. The guest may redeem up to three of the guest fees by retaining a copy of his/her receipts and submitting them to their membership representative. The initiation fee will be reduced by the total of those receipts. Age restrictions may apply. Please refer to our child guest policies for more information.
Freezes
Primary memberships may be frozen if there is a medical reason or job-related need that would take the primary member out of city, state or country. Members under the primary may freeze for any reason. All freezes are for a maximum of three months unless extended by a physician. Memberships and dues restart automatically. Signature must be on file to effect your account. We do not accept faxes, email or requests by phone. For more information on freezing your membership, refer to our freeze policies with membership services.
Cancellation Policy
The membership period is based on a month-to-month arrangement. A member may resign from Club membership by providing 30 days prior written notice to the Club. A member's resignation becomes effective on the first day of the month following the expiration of the 30-day notice period. Prior to the effective date of termination, the member shall be responsible for the payment of all fees, dues and other charges due to the Club.
The monthly membership payment is a continuous membership plan. Your signature remains in full force and effect until Westview Healthplex Sports Club has received written notice from the member of its termination; or until Healthplex has sent ten days written notice of the Healthplex's termination of the agreement.
If you wish to cancel your membership, you may do so by sending written notification to the Club at 3660 Guion Road, Indianapolis, IN 46222, by certified mail, return receipt requested, or you may come into the Club and complete a written, two-part form that will be given to you upon request. The Club cannot accept cancellation requests by phone, fax or email notification.
